RICS Home Standard Survey

The team attended a RICS conference on the new RICS Home Standard. This looks to replace the current system of Survey Standards, e.g Homebuyers Survey, RICS Level 3 Survey etc.

The aim appears to be to simplify the system for customers. It is not introduced yet but we are keeping our ear to the ground and will of course be making sure we feel any new system is acceptable for surveying and reporting on older buildings.
