Joe Wilson runs our Kent office and undertakes surveys of Listed and Historic Buildings across Kent and the surrounding South East.

Kent has an exceptional range of timber-framed and traditional buildings (from medieval halls and Wealden houses through to Georgian and Victorian stock), often constructed in distinctive local vernacular forms and materials.

Areas covered

We regularly cover Kent, including: Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Folkestone & Hythe, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, Whitstable, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend and surrounding villages.

Scott Enders runs our office in Colchester and covers the surveys of Listed and Historic Buildings in the Essex and surrounding area.

There are many beautiful Timber Framed and traditional buildings in Essex and Colchester, and these are usually distinctive and unique and constructed in a vernacular style , unique to Essex and the East Anglia area.
